Elizabeth Arledge – President and Owner
Elizabeth Arledge is an executive leader and a US Air Force Reserve Major General. She has over 30 years of experience building and leading teams across organizations and working with private industry, government agencies, legislative staff members and international partners in dynamic environments. She leads small, agile teams in achieving organizational goals including strategy development, strategy execution, and performance assessment. She is a highly skilled communicator and highly experienced advisor to senior executives.
Elizabeth has a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Tech with research interests in organizations, innovation implementation, and leadership.In her free time, she enjoys cycling, photography, and travel and she in the Washington DC metro area.
